Four Haiku on time

Her face a story

Time etched each line on thin skin

Ending yet written

The chaos of now

Is flattened by time passing

Its sharp edges dulled

Corporeal ones

Flit through time like hummingbirds

Briefly beautiful

Hear between wind chimes

How silent eternities

Sound temporary
