Peacefully she sleeps
Not aware my soul has died
Shall the rest follow?
……
Each oath that we spoke
Every promise, she has broke
Yet there she does lay
……
I want out of here
Problem, there’s just one way out
Pass the finish line
…….
On the other side
Will I still be there at all?
I just do not know
……
I’m too scared to leave
Also, I’m afraid to stay
Is there an answer?
……
Many claim to know
Priests claim to have the answers
They say death is peace
……
Shall I seek out peace?
There sits bottle of answers
Just one quick swallow
……
Just drift off to sleep
Next to her I become dream
Will I hear her scream?
……
