Habit

I Faught the wall and the wall won

Habit

How many times

must I crash and burn,

Until I open my eyes

to the leason to be learned

Everywhere I go,

Pointing a finger.

Instead of seeking the answers

from the one in the mirror.

My inability to accept

the world for how it is

renders me incapable

of controlling my own two fists.

Lashing out in anger

at anything, but never anyone.

My self destructive path

always feels like it's just begun.

And now it's finally happened,

I've made a big mistake.

Done something to myself,

taking everything I loved away.

Forced me to re-think

My life, My choices, My actions.

To eventually reach this final conclusion

ACCEPT. LET GO... day after day.

Deal with your sh*t : ,

Life goes on, anyway

About the Creator

SalAmaNdeR

Hello : ,

I'm just hoping to find a place to share my thoughts and feelings... Even the darker ones...

Maybe even get some feedback/constructive criticism.

It'd also be pretty awesome if I was able to reach a few people.

I'd like that : ,
