I am guilty

Guilty as charge

Not cost of a dime, a nickel, or a penny

Just guilty

I'm filthy

I'm mess in distress

I made a mess in this dress

It was me

The aroma of defeat

Right below my ashy feet

I'm pleading for my sins

My hands are hard enough to rinse

I am kneeling down to my knees

Begging "Lord, please forgive me"

I am guilty

I'm sorry but I am guilty

Bad feeling that the verdict sees I'm guilty

Gavel slams

It's official

I am guilty

Judge closing my case

Freedom erased

Guilty!

Just guilty
