Growth Precedes Gratitude

Only when people actually grow and truly feel the benefits that this growth brings to themselves can they truly be grateful for the various opportunities that have brought them growth, and can they say from the bottom of their hearts: 'Everything is the best.' Only by making positive interpretations can negative things be interpreted in a positive way.

The feeling of 'gratitude' must follow a person's growth. People without any growth will only complain.

Therefore, 'people must learn to be grateful' is actually a false and empty statement. Only when people grow can they be happy, and only when they grow can they be happy. With happiness, people will naturally know how to be grateful.

True gratitude is actually to make a positive interpretation of everything: everything that happens, and everything that exists, 'to help you grow.
