My owl eyes blink lazily at you

Cradling my head

On a crown of misfortune

The softness of your grey sweatpants

The gentleness of your let down

The sweet, sweet misery that invades my heart

Your bare hand against my breast

Does it intrigue you?

Does it distract you?

The tinkle of coins in my pocket

The gossip that blues your ears

Youth, you flew!

Lost in a puddle of mud

Brown, red, blue

You
