AN: We all have so many things to be grateful for. I believe that being grateful helps us to stay positive.
On the other hand, ruminating on negative thoughts is destructive. People's mental health and well-being matters. Finding common ground matters; it beats division and imperiousness. Kindness matters.
As John Dickinson wrote in 1768, "Liberty Song," one line stands out: "United we stand, divided we fall."
