In the depths of a prison cell
a young man's heart, a story to tell.
A life of pain, a childhood lost,
a grandma's love, a whispering ghost.
My grandma, the light in my life
a beacon of hope, a shield from the strife.
She kept me safe, from the storms within
a love so pure, a love that could win.
The abuse, a shadow that followed.
A life filled with fear, a soul that swallowed.
But my grandma, she stood tall and strong,
A shield of love, a melody of song.
Her voice, a whisper in the night,
A love that shone, a beacon of light.
But the day she left, my world turned gray.
A love lost, a heart torn away.
I wonder, what would have been,
If she'd stayed, a life so serene.
A grandma's love, a guiding hand,
A life without pain, a peaceful land.
But now, in this cell, I look back,
A life of pain, a path I must track.
A grandma's love, a memory so sweet,
A whisper of hope, a heart that still beats.
In the depths of my sorrow, I find,
A love so strong, a love so refined.
A grandma's love, a story to tell,
A young man's heart, a life in hell.
A poem of pain, a tale of woe,
A grandma's love, a whispering glow.
In the depths of this prison cell,
A young man's heart, a story to tell.
