In tall lady glasses

chocked with edibles

limes, pineapples, and bananas.

Sipped under emerald umbrellas

outside on patio verandas

with noonday brunch.

Swigged outside camp tents

against bougainvillea draped walls

golden liquid lunch.

Toasts in paper cups

in the back of a jeep

island elixir for afternoon tea.
