Gone to heaven
Laid to rest
A swelling pain aches in our chests
Gone to heaven
Not knowing why
We grieve for you and silently cry
Gone to heaven
No longer in pain
A part of you will always remain
Gone to heaven
Your spirit is free
Life on earth is always guaranteed
Gone to heaven
Flying high
I feel your presence as I gaze at the sky
Gone to heaven
Little Dove
Know you will always be loved
Gone to heaven
We miss you
Look over your family and siblings of two

This poem was written for my nephew who passed away as a premature baby.
