The goal I ask for you.
To love all you do.
To engage with others far or near.
Listening to sounds you hear.
Not to let others make you feel bad.
Rejoice in yourself and be glad.
As a new year will soon be here.
Sitting at home, shout and cheer.
Letting go of the negatives you no longer need.
Doing your best to succeed.
Resolutions usually only last a day or two.
Making goals and trying to follow through.
To look forward to each day.
Doing things that make you happy in every way.
Let go of those who bring you down.
Embrace others who can lift you off the ground.
Remember you cannot fix all that is wrong.
Listen to the positives in a song.
Not everything is perfect and we all know that.
So my goal to you is a fact.
That there is no one as good as you.
Be kind to yourself the whole year through.
