Glorious

A poem about a rare uncommon shot of the sun.

This image was taken a few years ago as my grandchildren and I were walking through a local park. We had just come out of a wooded area and the sun was shining so brightly I decided to take a picture and this is what I got. I closed my eyes and aimed directly at the sun and I have no idea why the photo came out this way. All I can say is that it is very unusual.

Glorious

Golden spider webs dingle and dangle as sunlight pierces through

Dancing, whirling, sparkling, twirling bright brilliance comes into view

Resplendent, glowing spectacular, aureus burst illuminating

Unfolding like a curtain in the air shimmering, shining so fascinating

Unexpected radiant beams from heaven a supernatural light

An amazing unusual uncommon out of the ordinary sight

So captivating phenomenal and mesmerizing,

Breathtaking mind-boggling and truly awe-inspiring

Such a strange unfamiliar occurrence no words can truly capture

A stupendous, unexplained miraculous vision of glorious rapture
