Gloom of Doom?

Should I let a little gloom declare me doomed?

Gloom of Doom?

The morning sky is adorned in gray

and with it, I'm forced to watch my plans fade away.

Raindrops pound on my window pane,

as the world outside grows cold once again.

A bleak sigh escapes my lips as I slowly rise and leave my cozy sheets,

the gloom is evident in my eyes for the cold has already sipped in through my feet.
