Glimmers of a Thankful Heart

A Golden Glow of Gratitude

The morning sun, in gentle grace,

Unfolds its light upon my face.

A whispered breeze in a golden hue,

A silent promise, bright and true.

The river sings its endless song,

A melody is both soft and firm.

Each ripple holds a tale untold,

A flowing thread of light and gold.

The autumn leaves in an amber glow,

A dance of time, a fleeting show.

Yet every fall, a gift remains,

The earth is reborn in sunlit veins.

The hands that lift, the hearts that give,

The love that teaches how to live.

No wealth outshines a kind embrace,

No treasure warms like time and grace.

A star will shine, though the night is deep,

A candle burns when shadows creep.

The most minor light can guide the way,

And turn the dark to gold and day.

The quiet touch of rain-kissed air,

Soft laughter drifts everywhere.

The echoes of a friend’s embrace,

All weave a world of warmth and grace.

Through trials walked and storms endured,

Through shattered hopes and dreams obscured,

A grateful heart will rise and shine,

To turn each tear into light divine.

So let me hold this gift so true,

A soul that sees, a heart that knows

That gratitude, in light so bright,

Will lead me through the darkest night.
