I am a glass wall
Don’t touch me, I will fall
Now forever down deep
Ever more I wish to sleep
But I know I never may
I must run on, never stay
But-
I am a glass wall
Within, I hear the call
Forgotten in the void
weak but not destroyed
Translucent in its flow
Uncertain, not real, no
Memories like a puzzle
Connect inevitable, I buckle
But -
I am a glass wall
When touched I do fall
Down through dusk and murk
A familiar feeling does lurk
Unremembered reminiscence
Now comes into existence
Still- I am a glass wall
Seeing beyond and through all
See my thought and dream
Judgement you pass, I scream
It echos inside, on and on
The glass wall cracks, now gone
Outside I see vacant eyes
As inside part of me dies
Yet- I am a glass wall
Do not touch me, I fall
