Every day that we are alive
is a new opportunity
to find something
amazing and fantastic to appreciate.
And on this planet Earth
there is so much to discover.
A stranger’s smile.
The smell of freshly brewed coffee.
The scent of the roses in the garden.
A giggling baby playing with a kitten.
All of these are ‘everyday’ occurrences
which could so easily be taken for granted.
But appreciating them
gives so much meaning to our lives.
Live in the moment.
