Change up your pattern

Stop all of your bad habits

Have some self-control

Just leave it alone

Stop during things that you know is wrong

You headed down the same ole road

Don't let the same things trigger you

Its time to do something new

You know the right thing to do

Move out the way, you blocking your blessing

When are you going to learn your lesson?

You just going to experience the same shame again

Stop feeding into the pain

You'll just go insane
