Galaxies Reside Within A Goddess
There is so much more beneath the surface.
There is stardust in her eyes,
Galaxies inside her soul,
Being a human? Merely her temporary role.
Constellations appear as her dimples dent,
The Sun rises and sets with a flip of her hair.
Blink and in an instant
She’ll no longer be there.
Oceans calm as her siren’s song lulls the waves to sleep.
She’ll make your dreams come true,
Yet the price will be steep.
For the secrets of the Universe are hers to keep.
She ponders the unfathomable while we’re fast asleep.
Entrusting another to share in the wondrous joy
And the burden
Is not something she takes lightly though.
Oh, very rightly so.
Such wonders reside in this celestial being.
One must prove their worth
When dealing with she who gave the Universe, birth.
Outwardly she’s enchanting,
Luminous and spritely.
The mysteries she guards?
Well, she holds on to them ever so tightly.
Balancing the weight of so many worlds is bound to take its toll.
Yet still she maintains her harmonious disposition
Nary a bead of sweat will cause her brow to glisten
No matter the problem, she’ll stop and she’ll listen.
Never implying your mortal problems are ever an imposition.
