From the Ashes

From the ashes we rise, like a phoenix in flight,
Through the fires of life, we gain our might,
And rise above, in our darkest hour.

For we are warriors, in every sense,
With hearts of gold, and iron defense,
We face our demons, with courage and grace,
And rise above, in this endless race.

We have been broken, but we're not defeated,
For every wound, we've found a way to treat it,
We've shed our tears, and we've felt the pain,
But through it all, we've found a way to gain.
