The true definition of freedom is one where are you are free in your mind and in your thoughts. Anything that imprisons the mind is one that is far from being free. Commonly known in this culture, it’s submitting to one’s desires and what appeases oneself or splurging or having fun two days out of the week when really in fact it’s not and here’s why.
Once you are subject to your desires and are caught up in this cycle of wanting more and more, you become a slave to your desires and there is no stopping it until you realize that you are under it.
The Wealthiest minds do not require a lot, they are content in what they have without seeking to want more and more. The secret is wanting less and in turn you are free.

Healing a wounded heart
When you have encountered and not reciprocated the love that you give. The coldness you are met with does not mean you are not worthy of love, it just means they are not worthy of you. And it does not mean you need to turn your heart cold, it is how inclinations to partnerships that are more of attachments versus connections begin, because the connections remind you of that past hurt. It is almost a self defense or self sabotage mechanism to avoid being connected with someone because that results in vulnerability, which has been associated with past hurt.

The Longest Language Journey Back
When you have a godawful experience for years (perhaps French lessons) and need to write about it as part of the healing process and already you feel parts of your cognitive machinery trying to “clean it up” (guess it’s French lessons) for public viewing by default since it’s likely to make some toes curl up (sorry, but definitively French lessons.)
