Free Yourself from Addiction

Ask yourself why you’re doing it.

Ask yourself how many poisons you put into yourself.

Are these mental poisons worth keeping in your head?

Are these physical poisons worth keeping in your body?

Are these emotional poisons worth staying in your heart?

Do you love yourself?

If you love yourself, how long will you stay in this prison of addiction?

If you love yourself, how much further will you harm yourself?

When will you free yourself, my friend?

From the prison of uncontrollable actions and behaviors?

From the prison of illusory pleasures?

From the prison of endless desires?

The key to free yourself is hidden within yourself.

You only have to ask yourself.

You have to dig deeper within yourself.

You have to become more conscious.

You have to let yourself be helped.

You have to surrender to the higher powers.

Let go, live, and rise.
