Fragrance

Where Memories Blossom and Never Fade

By Ameer GullPublished about a year ago • 1 min read

Like fragrance, it kept spreading wide,

Like memories, it stayed inside.

The night passed slow, soft and low,

Burning like fire’s gentle glow.

Dreams soaked in the moonlight’s gleam,

Lonely nights with whispered themes.

Even in the blaze of scorching sun,

We saw shadows hidden, one by one.

I loved you deeply, more than words,

In love, there were no lesser chords.

Like fragrance, it kept spreading wide,

Like memories, it stayed inside.
