Fractals of the Infinite

Opal in me, in you

By Katie HembroughPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

Pisces born according to the solar beams

last Sign- far out- Resonating to the unseen

beyond the veil

no doubt.

A rare stone but within us all

seeking paths of faith come easily

part of my conscious chemistry.

Along the way

I have journeyed

through the perils of dogmas,

like generational recipes passed down,

they are but thought patterns that I will see through

returning to this speck of me.

The paradigm shifts I have been granted, have mercy, hallelujah, thank you

and because of these I am not the same shade of me

nor is this my pinnacle of me, of you.

What color am I?

Oh the difficulty

in making choices

the varied identity changes

the passion of expression

the need to be unique

Yes, this is why I choose you.

But more than that

Amorphous.

I see with my little eye that the truest me is

Made like you

Although never replicated

Translucent light beings

Capable as endless creativity

Fragile none the less

Ambitiously mysterious fractals,

Never ending, as air, as water, as light.

We are all made of

Everything and nothing

Same and different

A little bit of everyone in me

A density of energy containing all-

All that shimmers

All collected

All beams of one.

From my little eye

I am Opal

I cannot be just one singular one

Look inside me and see us all

This is my shade, my reflection, my projection

Our truest color Opal.
