From the ancient mist and dust
You created man In Your image
" Let Us make him in Our image"
and he became
in the Potter's forming
and You breathed life
into his lungs
created in Your image
not just in body but
heart
mind
soul
Your lovingkindness scribed
into a conforming
not to the World and
its carnality but
to a Covenant with You
Your goodness
Your morality
Your compassion
but with free will
and freedom through
surrender to
Your holy Will
without forcing or coercing
a Divine transforming
by the Potter's hand
of ancient mist
and dust.
