WE saw it was coming; like we always do.

A kingdom desperate to wage war on neighbors.

We eat together. What else can we do?

*

The red tie smiles, deciding who deserves food,

Ignorance is bliss, patiently wait for the saviors...

We saw it was coming; like we always do.

*

It's celebrated policy, we *must* back the blue;

they beat the body to incentive our labors.

We eat together. What else can we do?

*

Real markets collapse, people in a bread queue,

but still we build, we steady saboteurs.

We saw it was coming; like we always do.

*

As robustness takes hold, the air will taste new,

learning communion from those would be tutors.

We eat together. What else can we do?

*

Soon courts will debate if dying is due,

SCOTUS will bless these player's prayers.

We saw it was coming; like we always do.

We eat together. What else can we do?
