Thoughts thunder down tracks, racing my mind.
Depression has cold fingers around my neck.
Anxiety building, fidgeting intense, leg bouncing.
Waves of exhaustion crash upon my eyelids.
Inhale, puff, inhale, puff.
A waterfall of smoke falls past the lips.
Fog covers the tracks ceasing the sounds.
Shoulders fall back as I melt away the pain.
My eyes wander to the sky wishing to fall.
Inhale, puff, inhale, puff.
Squinting I start to see shapes in the stars.
A giggle escapes from the bubbles in my chest.
A barrier of numb surrounds me, my shield.
I feel nothing now but a foggy mind.
Inhale, puff, inhale, puff.
