Flowers

Poem

Beneath the sheets of fog,

Amongst the grass,

Stretching for the tranquil sky.

First a root, then a living aspect,

It has a meaning,

Only known, to those who seek.

Those who awake, positive thoughts,

Compelled to accept life,

Sprouting colours of delight.

Its seeds float away by a breeze,

To spread, far and wide,

Lighting up the revolving earth.

Expanding lanky greenness,

A leaf belonging to,

The flower, day in.

Enclosed, day out.
