Flower Pot

An introvert

is like a flower

who stands

in it’s own flower pot

uninterrupted.

Sometimes,

the flower

would stand

beside other flower pots.

Most of the time,

it would remain still

within its own perimeters

unseen.

An introvert

is a master

of silence, simplicity,

and serenity.

He or she

shines like rays of light

when their worlds

have repaired themselves.

Flowers grow best

when they’re nourished

with ample sunlight, water,

soil, and bliss.

Introverts grow best

when they’re showered

with their simple joys,

and close to their chosen ones.

Flowers are full of colour,

bright, dark, or both.

They are grand,

medium, or diminutive.

They are smooth,

prickly, or pointy.

They look like cups,

bowls, clarinets, globes, or clusters.

Introverts

come in all shapes, sizes,

colours, shades,

and textures.
