Flavour

A grocery list I shall compile,

To help me shop and reconcile.

With items aplenty and flavors so bold,

These are the things that I need to hold.

Oranges and apples, both red and green,

Carrots and celery, so fresh and clean.

Eggs, milk, and butter, for baking a treat,

Flour and sugar, oh so sweet.

Pasta and rice, for hearty meals,

Beans and lentils, for added feels.

Chicken and beef, for protein galore,

Fish and seafood, for those who adore.

Tomatoes and lettuce, for salad divine,

Onions and garlic, to make them oh so fine.

Cheese and yogurt, for a creamy delight,

Bread and crackers, for a snack in flight.

Juices and sodas, for quenching a thirst,

Coffee and tea, to sip and immerse.

With this list complete, my shopping is done,

And cooking up a storm, is all kinds of fun.
