Maybe today is the day

I buy an axe,

cleave oak from oak,

bust this old,

ugly furniture

into kindling, use it

to feed the fire

of my fury,

safety goggles shielding

my baby blues

from splinters

that will surely fly

everywhichway

when the thick blade

breaks the bullshit

into firewood.
