Fire mind; Ice Nature

A poem

When you feel every single thing.

Things start to get twisted at the seams.

And the lack of control…

Cause my emotions to flow.

How do you react when the world goes dark.

When each small fire becomes wild.

And your thoughts provide no calm to the storm

Because you’re already so burnt out.

When nature and mind clash together,

Instinct tells you one thing.

To jump the gun and react

But the mind comes in after to over react.

It’s like fire and ice inside of me.

Playing one huge game of chess.

Each one always trying to be the best.

When I wish they’d work together instead.

When you feel everything…

In a world that’s gone dark.

You find new ways to calm yourself… selfish

When you react outside of your control.
