Finding My Balance
The Half Ass White Girl Rap. Style: Spoken-word Hip Hop, free style. Tempo: 85 BPM.

Its just a fuckn Poem. OK! I just needed to get your attention!!!
I keep one eye on the rearview,
one eye on the road ahead,
trying to sort through the noise
that keeps circling around my fuckn head.
Some days I build walls,
some days I tear them the fuck down,
trying to figure out which version of me
deserves to stick around.
or be buried in the fuckn ground.
I've been too trusting,
I've been too guarded,
held on too long,
left before I even fuckn started.
And every lesson leaves a mark,
every memory leaves a trace,
every mile I put behind me
still finds a way to show its fuckn face.
So I'm learning how to carry weight
without letting it break my fuckn stride,
learning how to let things matter
without letting them decide.
Because balance isn't perfect,
it's losing your friggin direction,
then getting back on your fuckn feet.
It's knowing that fear has value,
but it doesn't get the fuckn wheel,
and understanding every wound
doesn't have to stay unhealed.
So I walk between the fuckn extremes,
between certainty and doubt,
taking what serves a purpose,
letting the rest burn the fuck out.
Still searching,
still growing,
still trying to understand,
how to hold onto myself
without closing off my goddammed hands.
Maybe that's the answer.
Maybe that's the challenge.
Just another day,
living the fuckn dream.
trying to find a balance.
