Untie your eternal evening

On the waterfront winter follows

Unravel your celestial suitcase

Skulk sweeping cinder shadows

Orbit your oblivion and improvise

Confess to the faintest rails collapsing

Drape Capella's chariot in fireflies

Allow your arrested eyelids to unfasten

Dither those blooming premonitions

Swiftly saunter ice-breaking sidewalks

Flicker those looming imaginations

Slowly serenade a sky-scraping equinox

Chase fallen idols and ring the bells

Strand them in ivory as the iris swells

Railroad tracks on the moon

I hope your coming soon

Railroad tracks on the moon

I hope your coming soon

Untie your eternal evening

On the waterfront winter follows

Unravel your celestial suitcase

Skulk sweeping cinder shadows
