The Endless dreamer

Everyone wants to reach heaven by any means

Playing good, having their cards in the right hands

Pretty masks with sparkling dresses

It shocked them when I didn't care about letting my halo cracked

They were writing down facts trying to see where I went wrong

Looking everywhere and wondering what I was told to my face,

They don't realize that my plan was never to be a role model

These wings are decoration and I have a different devotion

Then they shout, try to pull me down as if I was their headline

But I never played a part of their life

Holding books, casting words, and lighting candles

For me to change to their imagine

To sacrifice my blood to make them more holy

I push away, running through graveyards

as they hold symbols and hands towards me

Can't they see these strings holding up my body?

My lies warped and stabbing into my skin, acting as pins

I'm hanging, floating around as flesh chandelier

and they called me a superstar

I don't hold a disguise, I'm in pain, I'm alive

I don't need these high praises and give off this shimmering smile everyday

Yet they let the hot wax hit my face,

trying to make me pure through my screams

But I'm tired, I'm not a hero. I just wanted to let go

They took me from my home and try to replace it

I always known when I entered here

That heaven is too bright and blurry

Yet somehow my lowest point was better than this
