Find me, G-d

They tore the muscle I was straining,

In a desperate plea to be worth.

Not calculating the losing to gaining,

And every single path on Earth.

-

If there was reason to the fall,

Perhaps I'd find a wing to build.

A blade of grass is sudden tall,

A live light again is killed.

-

Ripping, tearing, searing souls,

Beyond anything that can groan.

Patching, biting, gaping holes,

So soft, fluttered by winds blown.

-

Find me, Healer. Find me, G-d,

Fix me, break me, raise me again.

Replace my spine with a steel rod,

Revert my tears to a magic pen.
