Fight It Don’t Let Depression Win

When darkness wraps you tight,

And shadows scream your name,

Don’t listen to the weight of night.

You’re more than just the pain.

The battle’s in your mind,

Strength is always there,

Every step you leave behind,

A victory, no turning back.

Through the storm, you will stand,

Even when the sky is darkest grey,

There’s power in your trembling hand,

Hold on, please don’t fade away.

Tears may fall like endless rain,

Each one carries a story untold,

Yet with each drop, you break the chain,

And reclaim the peace that’s bold.

Anxiety claws, a constant fight,

Whispers in your ear,

Though the shadows block the light,

Your heart knows how to steer.

In moments when the breath is shallow,

And fear creeps close with silent screams,

Hold tight to the hope that follows.

You’re more than what it seems.

You are the light within your fight,

A flame that won’t burn out,

So rise again with all your might.

You’re stronger than all the doubt.

Never give up, no one knows what Tomorrow may bring
