Young folks happy and free, singing Peace on earth. Goodwill to all, have lots of fun
For all the world, the young and the young at heart, we wish you great happiness in all the lovely colors

May your every wish be one of joyful tidings, may gifts come in showers
Think great thoughts, let your hearts celebrate quite brightly with all and everyone
Chestnuts roasting on open fires, eggnog spiked with holiday flavors and carols being sung by choirs
Remember to give and not only expect to receive, spread the flames of the loving holiday fires
Make your wishes, send them floating on joyful wings knowing that caring has begun
For all the world, the young and the young at heart, we wish you happiness in all the lovely colors

Remember the fires gone unlit, the lack of shelters for some unfortunate criers
The hostile cities, the unfriendly towns, those who journey in weather sharp and undone

Voices may sing in your ear the folly of a kind heart reaching for joy to the world and goodwill to men's desires
Let's watch life's elevator not become darkened by greed of the few but the will of the many, shine like the sun

Let us join our hearts to sing one song, and make a universal wish for all hearths to burn with each hearts desire
If only for one night, day, week, month or year, may we all have a happy holiday and become as one
