Feelings

In a Dark Room

By Sender Jeannestal Published 2 years ago • Updated about a year ago • 1 min read

Tears blurred my eyes and I can’t feel my hands

My heart and brain are making constant demands

I’m throwing punches at a steal wall but I’m the only one in pain

Just because you can swim don’t mean you should swim in deep waters

The more you’re surrounded as you go deeper.

Why!

I want you to feel like me

It’s 4am and I’m having a conversation with my unfamiliar

Never stare too long at the mirror

You’ll find me there

a sinner with a bloody stare.

I walk these streets and I see humans that others don’t

We sometimes we have debates in different languages

Like which condiments goes on sandwiches

Ketchup is murder

Mustard is drugs

Ranch is sex and ect.

Pick your favorite burger.

In a dark room watching cartoons

suddenly they all turn there heads and started watching me

Asking me if that chicken I ate today was delicious and who’s that guy looking through your window?

I turn off the tv and threw my head on my pillow

I would’ve joined a reality show if I wanted my life in pictures

Narratives prewritten

Destiny predetermined

Actors and Directors

Cut it then repeat it.

Money has been absent for a few days now

Debts are making my phone anxious

Ashes on the floor

Lungs full of smoke

Happiness no longer reaches my memories

Too dazed to think

Too weary to make more.
