Little girls and boys

Ask their mums and dads

What is it like to feel?

Is it nice? Is it warm?

Is it cold? Is it bad?

Is it better to feel?

No matter the answer

Little boys and girls get

They all have one more question

Am I weird because I don’t feel?

Then their answer is always the same

No, because now you are feeling

And just like that

Little boys and girls

Grow up

And some special times

They are glad they feel,

Glad they asked

But more often than not

They regret the questions

And wished the feeling

Would stop.
