What’s the point in trying, when you’re living in a world that’s dying? When everyone is struggling and on the inside they’re crying.
We search a lifetime to not feel alone. But soon faced with the facts, that’s all we’ll ever know.
To get knocked down and get back up again, what better hand to help you than a lifelong friend? And with a heart that’s been broken, their warm loving arms could mend.
But instead we run and hide, and seek shelter inside our heads. Listening to our thoughts, keeping us alone in our beds.
