Fear and Chaos
As the country hits its knees ...
Fear will run this country
Fear will take its hold
Kissing you with kindness
Before it breaks the mold
It slips into your spine
And tells you that it's fair
It brings your chest out bravely
Before you know it's there
And when you sleep in silence
When your world is dim and dark
It hides beneath your pillow
And waits to leave a mark
For when the bump of chaos
Wakes you from your rest
You pull fear from your pillow
And press it to his chest
You shout to all the children
That this is what is fair
And chaos takes the bullet
Before you know it's there....
