Giving me what I need
Knowing me It’s simple G
Quiet ones are different breed
Writing down all my rhymes
Take a look & have a read
With my book I’ll have you shook
Respect Is what you will concede
Knowing that I had a choice
Had to use my bloody voice
Keep on fighting with my writing
That’s the way I’ll make my noise
Growing up I had my boys
Every Eid with all the toys
Dripping up not tripping up
That’s the way we had the joys
Even with the bad & good
Family was always there
Even though I love my hood
That’s the style I rock & wear
Member when I had the snood
Not the thing that women wear
Like a bally but I’m good
Action speaks everywhere
Family Is all I have
Everyday I do a deed
Tryna chase up all the bag
So you know not talking weed
Maybe when I’m on the mag
As In on the cover feed
So you know the way I swag
Do my job & not compete
Say my prayers everyday
That’s the path I’ll take a way
So you know not take away
That’s the food I gotta pay
When I’m hungry I’ll be like
Now I’m hungry where’s the mic?
Do my vocals rip my tonsils
That’s the way I’ll do my strike
Found my purpose cos I’m cool
Like the Ice I’ll make you drool
Need my pen cos that’s my tool
& the things I learnt at school
Play with words & find a way
What I write I’ll have my say
So you know don’t like to play
Focus on the times I pray
That’s the time I’m at my best
I’ll say that proudly with my chest
My donation on rotation
Separates me from the rest
When I sit & have my rest
Not the time I had arrest
Warrant on me for the gun
Lord Almighty saved me son
That’s the time I was so blessed
Even helped me with the stress
Change the topic yeah I guess
Bun the media & the press
Had to work my 9 to 5
Covid came I did survive
Lost the one who cradled me….
She’s the one who gives the drive

Was Looney Tunes ever Looney Toons?
Tunes or Toons-that is the question Did you ever write Looney Toons instead of Looney Tunes or see the name spelled both ways? I know I have and at times I still find myself spelling it T-O-O-N-S. If you were thinking like me we were in error because the name has always been Looney T-U-N-E-S. Perhaps we all got confused because of the word cartoons not being cartunes. The reason the name for the beloved animated shorts is spelled this way is so that it was similar to other cartoons of the era and it was all about music, harmonies, and melodies.
