Falling From My Throne

I built my throne.

Stone by stone.

Pride on pride.

From there I ruled.

Or thought I did.

it was hard to do

But thrones crack.

Love breaks them.

Trust destroys them.

Now I fall.

No hand to catch.

No crown to keep.

Broken crown.

Shattered seat.

Yet fall is start.

Power was cage.

Freedom is earth.

Failure strips me.

But truth remains.

No queen of lies.

Only survivor.

Only me.

I will be ok,

just wait and see.
