Facebook Folly

Bedtime Stories for Grown Ups

I loaded a picture of myself,

Onto the Internet

Not knowing that the world could see,

Straight through my knitted vest

Now the world is looking at my boobs

And giving me lots of "likes"

I didn't know that my head would grow

As my popularity took a hike

Because I was raised so very well

Or so I was told in life...

But low and behold my picture ended

Up on a porno site!

I decided perhaps I was a prude

And it wasn't so bad in fact

As I was blessed so luckily,

With a pretty fantastic rack

Now, you could say, I was delusional

While my ego went through the roof

As Facebook likes aren't actually

The place you should find the truth

So the hard way is how I found out

And now it has changed my life

As low and behold, my picture ended

Up on a porno site

Now I am stuck, how to explain,

To myself how I could have been

So naive with the internet

How I wish it was just a dream.

My friends, they laugh and they joke with me

For being so insecure

Whilst I fluctuate and I meditate,

As to whether I am a whore

They remind me that this world has seen

So many boobs before!

And now I know, I won't do it again,

I shall check all my pictures twice

Because low and behold, yes low and behold,

Oh low and behold, who knew what would unfold

Oh low and behold, my picture ended

Up on a porno site!
