Stranger eyes will meet
Inevitably they will
A silent exchange
A small communication
A moment of trust and fear
Stranger eyes will meet
Anxiety spikes in both
But so too will the
Curiosity and a
Desire to understand
Stranger eyes will meet
And then they will dart around
Looking for something
Anything to connect them
To one they will never know
Stranger eyes will meet
And lock on some common ground
A color maybe
Or a piece of fandom art
Or maybe similar hair
Stranger eyes will meet
They will both search and return
A smile exchanged
Fear subsided and stranger
Now a temporary friend

Darkness Falls
Introduction I am trying to stop myself doing these Eclipse poems but I can resist anything but temptation, and this shows how weak-willed I am. To make it a little more interesting I am going to describe an eclipse using the Acrostic and Fibonacci (Fib) poetic forms combined.
