Excuse Me Please

I may have sprung a leak

I feel it deep inside myself

It makes me want to moan

A bubble of sorts, so it seems

I think that it has grown

It seems as though it may come up

To visit really soon

From my belly into my mouth

As big as a balloon

Burp burp, oh my, a bit of noise

I may have sprung a leak

Burp burp, oh my, again the tune

A quirk of my physique

Perhaps I should apologize

Excuse me please I say

The noise I’ve made is out of place

My body did betray

I’ll say excuse me please out loud

Each time a bubble grows

I’ll say it loud and clear each time

As though it’s from my toes
