As they scanned the readouts, a surge of hope flooded through her veins. The data was different—new variables, unfamiliar readings. They had altered their trajectory. The loop had broken. But their relief was short-lived. The systems began to falter, warning lights flashing.

“No, no, no!” Elena yelled, desperately trying to stabilize the controls.“Reinforce the power to the stabilizers!” David barked, scrambling to reroute the energy.But it was too late. The station shuddered violently, and a blinding light enveloped them.

Time seemed to splinter, fracturing into countless possibilities. Elena felt herself being pulled in all directions, threads of reality unraveling around her. Then, darkness.
