One night, she had an idea. “Let’s experiment with the station’s systems. If we can manipulate our trajectory, maybe we can break the cycle.” David’s eyes sparkled with a mix of excitement and fear. “You really think it could work?”

“It’s worth a shot. But we need to hurry. Each reset seems to erode our systems. We don’t have much time.” With a determined focus, they dove into the engineering console.

Hours turned into a frantic blur as they adjusted parameters, recalibrated instruments, and manipulated the station’s orbit around the black hole. Each reset brought them closer to understanding, but they were losing their grip on reality.
