Both hearts clash as they are fighting the same war as the minds of the masters of the puppets. The hearts are servants to the mind in the puppets. Neither sense wants to give up because of the stubbornness of the mind. Giving up wasn’t in the war plan, and both egos took over the battle. With both hearts synchronized, the hearts wept for each other; as the hearts cried out for one another, the minds are so loud in the war the hearts can’t hear each other. One puppet gives into the mind and allows the control out of fear turning the heart cold and ignoring the other heart's cries as it wept and wept but still no change. While grieving, the puppet still fights and endures the pain of fighting off the mind's influence. The heart was feeling itself surrendering to the mind and the perception of the “war” that was happening. The puppets feel as though now they must fight for both hearts simply because the heart that gave into the control due to fear and its puppets physically exhaustion from mental wear down of feeling hope lost and not having the strength to fight for love and happiness—instead of allowing the mind to fight endless trivial enmity, while hope is still fighting even when the heart is cold and unable to hear.
