Enchanted by Nature

A soul's silent belonging

By Rohitha LankaPublished about a year ago • 1 min read

Dressed in a burial robe,

From the white mountains

And the life-giving breath

From the earth,

And the waters of birth

I look at your burning eyes!

Under the canopy of the green,

I lie down,

Intoxicated by the sound of the gongs,

And enjoy the taste of nature on the grass!

I see the wonder of the moon,

Created by the dewdrops,

And for a moment, I am enchanted

By the beauty of nature,

Tell me

That I belong to you!
